It’s easy, fun and natural to write conversationally to qualified web prospects you want to attract. However, don’t be fooled by this light hearted approach. It’s still business as usual and your casual writing must still convince people to buy. Become too familiar in your writing style and you risk the perception of being a little too carefree and friendly for some prospective customers. Gain their trust and confidence as you deploy your sales techniques and you are well on the way to making a sale.

Many Internet Marketers will say that the money is in the list and will give statistics, such as you can make for every person on your list every month. With a good list this amount may be even higher.

Begin with a hard-hitting message and increase the level of appeal with supportive facts that create real interest in your reader’s mind. Like a musician, reorder your sentences and paragraphs for maximum impact and delivery. Develop a flow and rhythm that compels people to read every single word.
If you have the opportunity to distribute your materials to clients or at networking meetings, do it. Always bring brochures, newsletters and other information about your company and your products and services. Try to have your links listed on them to your company website (no brainer), Facebook, twitter, linked in and any other social media site that you may belong to. The more people can see, touch and hear things about your product and services, they’ll be more likely to use you or refer you to others.
Build relationships with your list: This means finding out what your prospects needs are. This is where knowing your target market is so crucial. By using your autoresponder you can send direct and precise sales letters to your list based around the needs of your prospects. Take at least 2 days out of the week to write your pre-written sales messages. If your selling a product, include discounts, or run periodic sales. For service based business, offer them half off their 2nd service, or additional discounts for refferal fees. Business opportunity providers and Network marketers, offer value, content, free mentoring, free training to your potential prospects.
Passive/residual income will provide cash flow even after you stop working. Unlike someone who is self employed and only earns money if they work, larger business owners and investors earn income whether they work or not. Robert Kiyosaki says that you’ve built a successful business when it runs just as well, if not better, when you’re not there. Kiyosaki uses his four-quadrant model to explain and adjust the financial mindset of folks and help them down the path toward financial independence. It is well recognized that owning you own business is the best method to establishing financial independence. What type of business is very subjective. There are an unlimited number of product and service business that one can operate.
As I have already said, competition is keen. You must drive traffic to your website or blog. A system will not do that. You must learn the marketing strategies that will accomplish that for you.
